By purchasing any programs, services, or digital products through this website, affiliated platforms, or payment processors (including Stripe & PayPal):

I acknowledge that I am investing in digital products and/or coaching services provided by Jessica Bollington and The Catalyst Coach, and I agree to honour the full payment of the listed price.

Should I default on any payment obligations under this Agreement, I understand that I will be liable for any resulting legal fees and expenses incurred by Jessica Bollington and The Catalyst Coach in their efforts to secure complete payment.

Upon successful payment, I receive non-exclusive, non-transferable rights to utilize the Digital Content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. While I may store, copy, and transfer the Digital Content for my personal use, I explicitly agree not to redistribute, broadcast, sell, share, modify, license, or otherwise transfer this content. All Digital Content represents the intellectual property of Jessica Bollington and The Catalyst Coach and is legally protected under copyright law.
